About the Role
Ravishankar College is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote the college, create year-round awareness, generate admission enquiries, and convert them into admissions.
This role involves field marketing, student counselling, relationship building, and admissions support.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, coaching institutes, and educational partners
- Conduct career guidance and admission awareness sessions
- Generate and follow up on admission leads
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admissions
- Build relationships with schools, coaching centres, and community organizations
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events
- Maintain accurate lead records and daily activity reports
- Achieve monthly admissions and outreach targets
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within Bhopal and nearby cities for field activities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Sheets)
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Admissions, Business Development, or Education will be an added advantage
