KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Attendance and Payroll management
- Manage the complete recruitment process from requirement gathering to candidate joining;
- Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions;
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels;
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews;
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the selection process;
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle;
- Negotiate salary, release offer letters, and manage joining formalities;
- Ensure timely closure of open positions. Talent Sourcing: Build a strong pipeline of quality candidates for current and future hiring needs;
- Identify innovative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles; Maintain a database of shortlisted and potential candidates;
- Develop relationships with recruitment consultants and external hiring partners. Employer Branding: Post job openings on relevant platforms; Promote Bharat Agrolink as an employer of choice;
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Recruitment Operations:
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards;
- Generate weekly and monthly recruitment MIS reports;
- Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Joining Ratio;
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements;
- Coordinate interview feedback and hiring decisions; Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and social media platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- Negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Solution-oriented and proactive approach.
- Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting, MIS).
- Google Sheets.
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is preferred.
- LinkedIn Recruiter and job portal sourcing experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
