Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver nursing education and training programs
- Conduct orientation programs for new nursing staff
- Assess training needs and create learning plans
- Provide bedside clinical teaching and mentorship
- Evaluate staff competency through assessments and observations
- Develop educational materials, SOPs, and clinical guidelines
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Organize workshops, simulations, seminars, and continuing education sessions
- Support evidence-based nursing practices and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain training records and reports
- Collaborate with physicians, department heads, and HR teams
- Monitor patient care standards and recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) required
- Master’s degree in Nursing / Nursing Education preferred
- Valid nursing license/registration
- Certification in clinical education or specialty nursing is an advantage
Experience
- 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred
- Experience in hospital, academic, or healthcare training environments
Pay: ₹15,775.25 - ₹34,563.72 per month
Work Location: In person
