Role Description
As a full-time Senior Quantity Surveyor at Silpi Architects, you will oversee the financial aspects of various construction projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), managing cost planning and control, conducting cost analysis, and preparing regular cost reports to ensure budgets are adhered to. This is an on-site role based in Kochi, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution is essential.
Role Description
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, Cost Planning, or Cost Management within the construction industry.
- Strong expertise in Cost Control and Cost Planning.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Experience in Cost Management and Cost Reporting.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and materials.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Excellent financial analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of contract administration and project cost monitoring.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering are an added advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, or similar quantity surveying tools is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
