- Build and maintain strong client relationships by handling inquiries, follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Generate new business through client outreach, emails, calls, social media, proposals, and project acquisition.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for meetings, negotiations, order processing, billing, and payments.
- Manage e-tendering activities for Electrical, BMS, Networking, and related projects while promoting company products and services.
