JOB DESCRIPTION: CRM EXECUTIVE
Company: Prime store Raipur CG
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer database & CRM system
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups and relationship building
- Track orders, complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate between sales, billing and delivery teams
- Run WhatsApp broadcasts, offers & customer engagement campaigns
- Maintain records of leads, conversions and feedback
- Focus on customer retention and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field
- 1-3 years experience in CRM / Customer Handling preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business
- Friendly, proactive and customer-focused attitude
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
