We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in managing HR operations for a pharmaceutical business.
Responsibilities:
1. The candidate will be responsible for setting up and handling HR functions for a new pharma division
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
3. Develop and monitor KRA/KPI systems for field and office employees.
4. Employee Engagement & Retention
5.HR Policies & Compliance
6. Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
- Establish HR processes for the newly launched pharma division.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing leadership for manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely deployment of field force across headquarters.
- Support business expansion through effective HR strategies.
Requirements :
1. Must have 1-2 years of Experience in Pharma sales
2. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales structure and field force management.
3. Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling HR for a pharma sales team.
- Proven experience in setting up or managing a new pharma division.
- Ability to work independently and drive HR initiatives.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
