Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and confident Client Communication Executive to manage client interactions, understand customer requirements, and maintain strong professional relationships.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, strong convincing and negotiation abilities, and a good understanding of social media and digital communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with clients in Hindi and English.
- Handle client enquiries, calls, follow-ups, meetings, and regular communication.
- Understand client requirements and explain services clearly.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Convince and guide clients effectively using strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Handle client communication through WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Use social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook for professional communication and engagement.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Quickly understand new projects, services, and company processes.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in client communication, customer handling, sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Confident and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand new projects and processes.
- Positive, responsible, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Salary & Incentives
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Salary will be decided based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
- Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the salary.
