Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training in Hospital Administration.
Teach topics such as hospital operations, healthcare management, medical records, patient care services, quality standards, healthcare ethics, NABH basics, and hospital communication.
Develop lesson plans, study materials, and assessments.
Guide students through practical case studies and industry best practices.
Monitor student performance and provide career guidance.
Stay updated with the latest trends and regulations in healthcare administration.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Prior teaching, training, or hospital administration experience is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic healthcare documentation.
Candidates residing in or willing to work in Thiruvananthapuram are preferred.
