Mandatory Industry Experience: BMS and ELV Systems We are seeking a South India, preferably Kerala experienced professional in BMS & ELV industry (Building / Energy Management Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Fire alarm, PA Systems, etc.) to head our Kerala Region operation. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with extensive previous managerial experience in spearheading and overseeing sales, projects and operations functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development Experience:
- Meet revenue, billing and collection targets.
- Grow customer contact base regionally and identify all potential project opportunities.
- Meet prospects, understand requirements, connect with regional OEM teams to get preferential pricings, work with Presales team to submit competitive proposals, engage with decisionmakers, negotiate & close project & AMC orders.
- Ensure timely billing & payment collection.
- Manage key accounts & nurturing customer relationships.
- Engage & build strong bonding with Consultant & PMCs.
- Develop regional sales & project strategies, advise Management on suitable business approaches.
Projects & Operations:
- Monitor progress of all projects and AMC engagements in the region.
- Review, discuss and ensure superior performance, productivity and efficiency of all employees in the region.
- Identify most suitable candidates for openings in the region.
- Identify potential escalations and along with Regional Project Manager, mitigate them.
- Be the escalation point for customers in the region.
- Identify and help Procurement team to build sub-contractors & vendors in the region.
- Build strong ties with regional representatives of key OEMs.
- Control & minimise cost of operations in the region.
- Ensure all expenses are properly managed, documented and reported to Finance.
Qualification:
- Minimum 8 years of experience, out of which at least 6 years in ELV industry in Sales or Project Management role.
- Strong ties with Consultants, PMCs and large customers.
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills. English is mandatory, preference to people who can speak Malayalam.
- Target oriented, aggressive and pleasing personality.
- Balanced thinker and good people manager.
- Qualified Engineer.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
