Key HR Intern Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interview schedules, and sending offer/rejection letters.
- Onboarding & Records: Assisting with new hire orientation, preparing employment documents, and maintaining employee databases.
- Administrative Support: Filing HR documents, managing correspondence, and responding to employee queries.
- Employee Engagement: Assisting in planning and executing company events or welfare activities.

Key Requirements & Skills
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.
