Location: Delhi, Gurgaon, Pune, Chandigarh, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Jaipur.
Job Summary:
The Finance Head is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial planning, budgeting, accounting operations, compliance, taxation, cash flow management, financial reporting, and strategic financial decision-making. The role ensures the company's financial health, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Strategy
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
Support management in strategic decision-making and business expansion plans.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
Monitor General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions.
Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.
Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.
Ensure optimal liquidity for operational requirements.
Risk Management & Internal Controls
Establish financial controls, policies, and procedures.
Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal financial governance standards.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Monitor team performance and ensure departmental efficiency.
Develop and implement best financial practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com.
15–25+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
Minimum 15–20 years in a leadership or managerial role.
