We are looking for a hands on marketer with ideas who can take a thought from strategy to execution.Someone who wants to build a brand, grow a business and make things happen.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
▪ Build the brand: Maintain brand standards and creative quality across everything we put out▪ Drive digital marketing: Work across social media, Meta, SEO, website and app with agencies and our team▪ Build creator partnerships: Identify and reach out to relevant content creators and influencers to grow brand reach and visibility▪ Lead agencies: Brief, evaluate and manage creative, digital and production partners▪ Read the numbers: Track campaigns, understand performance and turn insights into action▪ Grow the business: Identify B2B and franchise opportunities and confidently pitch the brand▪ Create opportunities: build visibility through awards, collaborations, events and new technology
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
▪ Someone with strategic ideas who is also willing to execute▪ Strong interest in building brands and businesses▪ Comfortable with the pace, chaos and flexibility of a startup▪ Clear communicator and confident pitcher with deal closing skills▪ Comfortable working with agencies, teams and different stakeholders▪ Good understanding of digital media and technology▪ Takes ownership and does not wait to be told what to do
QUALIFICATION
MBA in Marketing OR postgraduate specialisation in Advertising/Digital Media/Mass Communication, OR a graduate degree with strong, hands on experience in a relevant role.

Willingness to travel to Mumbai and other cities as required for meetings, events and business opportunities
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
