Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to oversee cold storage operations, inventory handling, logistics coordination, and product repacking activities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate cold storage operations and inventory movement.
- Supervise product repacking activities, including handling and packing with dry ice.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor new container arrivals, unloading activities, and stock updates.
- Work closely with the cold storage team to ensure proper storage and inventory management.
- Maintain operational records, inventory reports, and shipment documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for seamless operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards for temperature-sensitive products.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize disruptions.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Cold Storage Operations.
- Good understanding of inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cold chain logistics or temperature-controlled warehousing.
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
