Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial solar sectors.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their energy requirements, and present suitable solar solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct site visits and follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales reports and business updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively for business development activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidate must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler for field visits and client meetings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
