Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory updates, customer inquiries, and coordinating with online marketplaces to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
- Upload product details, specifications, images, pricing, and promotional offers accurately.
- Monitor and process online orders, returns, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams for order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Track inventory levels and update stock availability across all online platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints through online channels.
- Monitor marketplace performance and ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Assist in planning and executing online promotions, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, order reports, and product performance reports.
- Ensure accurate product information and pricing across all online channels.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment tracking and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
