- Work closely with treasury teams to evaluate contingency funding plans and liquidity buffers.
- Translate regulatory expectations into practical, implementable frameworks aligned to bank balance sheet structures.
- Contribute to regulatory submissions (e.g., living wills) and support interactions with regulators as required.
- Perform analysis on balance sheets, funding profiles, and asset-liability mismatches under various stress conditions.
- Collaborate with risk, finance, and treasury stakeholders to ensure alignment across capital, liquidity, and resolution strategies.
Requirements
Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CA are preferred.
Resolution Planning & Regulatory (Must Have):
Hands-on experience in Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) or similar regulatory frameworks; understanding of resolution strategies, recovery options, and wind-down planning; familiarity with global regulatory expectations (e.g., living wills).

Good understanding of bank balance sheet structure and Asset-Liability Management (ALM); awareness of capital and liquidity interplay under stress conditions; exposure to risk or regulatory reporting frameworks.
Preferred Experience: Experience working with global banks or large financial institutions; prior involvement in regulatory programs, stress testing, or liquidity transformation initiatives.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to work in a role with strong domain depth and real-world balance sheet impact.
- A hands-on environment that goes beyond documentation and policy writing.
- A cross-functional collaborative setting engaging with multiple senior stakeholders.
