Job Summary
We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to support our sales growth. The role involves engaging with prospective customers through calls, understanding their requirements, presenting product offerings, and converting qualified leads into subscription-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or subscription plans
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as required
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversion
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
- Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
