Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute print media campaigns across newspapers, magazines, and publications.
- Coordinate with media houses for ad bookings, releases, and publication schedules.
- Negotiate advertising rates and secure cost-effective media deals.
- Prepare media plans, release orders (ROs), and campaign reports.
- Monitor ad releases and ensure timely publication as per client requirements.
- Maintain relationships with publishers, media vendors, and agency partners.
- Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure artwork and content are delivered on time.
- Manage billing, vendor documentation, and reconciliation of media spends.
- Stay updated on print media trends, circulation data, and market insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in print media planning, buying, or advertising agency operations.
- Strong understanding of newspaper and magazine advertising.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with advertising agencies or media houses.
- Knowledge of regional and national print publications.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
