As a Telesales Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
● Making outbound calls to prospective customers and educating them about our solar energy solutions.
● Identifying and qualifying leads for solar system sales in the Australian market.
● Understanding customer energy requirements and recommending suitable solar products and services.
● Clearly explaining product features, financial benefits, and return on investment.
● Handling customer objections and queries in a professional manner.
● Scheduling follow-up calls and site visits for interested customers.
● Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and KPIs.
● Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
● Staying updated on Australian solar industry standards, rebates, and government incentives.
● Ensuring compliance with Australian Consumer Law and Clean Energy Council (CEC) guidelines.
● Coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth installations and customer satisfaction
Working Hours: 4:15 AM – 01:30 PM IST (Monday to Saturday)
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹252,000.00 per year
