Job Overview:
Caratbazaar is a premium jewellery brand specializing in lab-grown diamond and moissanite jewellery. We are looking for a Jewellery Sales Executive who can assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide a premium shopping experience both in-store and online.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting lab-grown diamond and moissanite jewellery in the showroom
- Explain product features, certification, pricing, and customization options
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Coordinate with the team for order processing and delivery updates
Requirements:
- Good communication skills and confident personality
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Experience in jewellery sales or retail sales preferred
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and computer usage
- Customer-focused attitude and professional behavior
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
