Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Civil CAD Trainer to deliver professional training in civil engineering design software to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of drafting, modeling, and design tools used in the civil engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct classroom and practical training in:
* AutoCAD (2D Drafting)
* AutoCAD Civil 3D
* STAAD.Pro
* Revit
* Prepare course materials, assignments, and project-based exercises.
* Assess student performance and provide guidance.
* Support students with real-world design concepts and software applications.
* Update training content based on industry trends and software updates.
* Assist with student placement and interview preparation.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering drafting and design principles.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
* Good understanding of surveying, road design, contouring, grading, and quantity estimation.
* Excellent communication and teaching skills.
* Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and professionals.
Educational Qualification
* B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
* Prior teaching or training experience.
* Knowledge of BIM workflows and construction documentation.
* Industry project experience.
