About the Role
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video & Post Editor to join our marketing team. You'll be responsible for editing engaging video content and eye-catching static/graphic posts for our social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), helping us tell our brand story and drive audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, ad creatives) using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
- Design static and carousel posts, banners, and graphics for social media using Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music to enhance video content
- Collaborate with the content/marketing team to understand campaign briefs and translate ideas into visual content
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips for different platforms
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines (tone, colors, fonts, logo usage)
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, and editing styles (memes, trending audio, reels formats, etc.)
- Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and content libraries
- Deliver content within tight turnaround times to match posting schedules
- Track content performance metrics and iterate based on feedback/analytics
Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing and graphic design (portfolio/reel required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; familiarity with CapCut/Canva is a plus
- Strong understanding of social media platform specs (aspect ratios, durations, formats for Instagram/YouTube/LinkedIn/Facebook)
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing, typography, and visual composition
- Basic knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and creative eye for trends
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Good to Have
- Knowledge of SEO/social media best practices for video content
- Photography or videography skills (shooting raw footage)
- Familiarity with AI editing/design tools
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
