Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the appropriate departments
Maintain visitor records and issue entry passes as per company/security policies
Handle incoming and outgoing courier, documents, and correspondence
Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and site staff for communication
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist HR or admin team with basic coordination tasks
Ensure proper front desk etiquette and communication at all times
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
