HR Executive / HR Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of payroll, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
Pay: ₹15,517.40 - ₹100,000.00 per month
