About Heritage Care
Heritage Care is a premium care home in South Bengaluru providing compassionate and professional care for elderly individuals, patients requiring rehabilitation, post-hospital recovery, palliative care, respite care, and long-term assisted living.
We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-oriented professional to build strong connections with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers across Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities across Bengaluru.
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Promote Heritage Care's services including geriatric care, rehabilitation, respite care, palliative care, and long-term care.
- Identify and generate patient referrals.
- Organize doctor meetings, presentations, and awareness programs.
- Maintain a database of referring doctors and healthcare institutions.
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
- Coordinate with the admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
- Represent Heritage Care professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital marketing, medical representative roles, healthcare business development, home healthcare, rehabilitation, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru healthcare networks is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Kannada.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively within Bengaluru.
