About the Role As a SAP Test Defect Management professional, you will collaborate with a highly engaged team to test product features for SAP S/4HANA, helping customers run their product clusters at their best. You will work in the SAP S/4HANA program, building the new ERP target architecture with specific business organizations. Your role will involve working closely with development teams and providing expertise in test defect management.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a highly engaged team to test product features for SAP S/4HANA
- Work with development teams in the scrum process, providing advice, support, and experience
- Organize scrum-related sessions with the team
- Support a holistic testing approach, including automated or manual tests
- Ensure quality with appropriate KPIs and follow-up activities like root cause and impact analysis
- Contribute as a Single Point of Contact in cross-functional teams for Test Management
- Follow and maintain the scope, timelines, and progress for increments
- Define the delivery roadmap and assure the overall product fit
- Work closely with international program organizations and virtual/multicultural teams
Requirements
- Hold a graduate degree in any discipline or a comparable field
- Have at least 3 years of experience as an SAP tester and 2 years of experience in defect management
- Have functional understanding of business processes, such as finance, accounting, controlling, logistics, and/or reporting
- Have experience working in agile methodology
- Have experience leading function-oriented project groups on an international level
- Have fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Have a structured thought process and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Have willingness to learn new processes and information

- SAP S4/HANA knowledge
- Certification in agile methodology
