Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven US Staffing Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for US-based clients across various domains. Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Understand client requirements and match candidates with appropriate job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Stay updated with US staffing trends, technologies, and hiring practices.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, or LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of US recruitment processes and recruitment lifecycle.
- Good negotiation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet research.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in US Staffing or IT Recruitment will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in the Night Shift (US Timings).
- Candidates residing in Mohali, Panchkula (Tricity) or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
