Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to independently manage end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of labor laws, be capable of working independently, and take complete ownership of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction
- Handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, and exits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and stay updated on new labor code changes
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate compliance audits and statutory filings
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong experience in handling end-to-end HR activities independently
- Mandatory knowledge of new labor laws, labor codes, and statutory compliance
- Experience in payroll processing and compliance management
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
