Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage the reception area and handle front desk responsibilities efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling calls, coordinating with departments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor records and front office registers.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
- Manage inward and outward couriers, parcels, and correspondence.
- Maintain office cleanliness and reception area presentation.
- Support HR and Administration activities when required.
- Handle basic data entry, filing, and documentation work.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
- Ensure proper communication between departments and visitors.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle calls and visitors courteously.

Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Prior experience in front office or administration.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Experience
- 0 – 4 years of experience in Front Office / Reception / Administration.
