Key Responsibilities:
- Script Writing & Storytelling
- Write engaging, scroll-stopping scripts for short-form & long-form videos
- Craft strong hooks within the first 2–3 seconds to capture attention
- Structure content with a clear flow: hook → value → payoff/CTA
- Ensure clarity, brevity, and impact in every line
2. Content Ideation & Planning
- Generate creative, viral-ready content ideas on a regular basis
- Develop multiple storytelling angles for a single topic
- Contribute to weekly/monthly content calendars
3. Trend Research & Adaptation
- Continuously monitor trends, viral formats, and platform updates
- Identify relevant trends and adapt them to the brand’s niche
- Leverage trending hooks, memes, and audio concepts effectively
- Stay ahead of content fatigue by introducing fresh ideas
4. Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with video editors to bring scripts to life visually
- Provide clear direction on tone, pacing, and visual cues
- Coordinate with marketing and social media teams for campaign alignment
- Participate in brainstorming and feedback sessions
5. Brand Voice & Messaging
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone and communication style
- Simplify complex ideas into relatable, audience-friendly scripts
- Maintain consistency across different types of content
- Balance creativity with brand guidelines and objectives
Desired Profile of the candidate:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in scriptwriting for short-form & long- form video content
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with a sharp attention to hooks and pacing
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging, bite-sized content
- Familiarity with trending audio, memes, and viral formats
- Basic understanding of video editing and visual storytelling (preferred)
- Strong research skills and ability to adapt quickly to trends
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas consistently
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
