Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Regional Technical Head – Industrial Automation & BMS to lead the technical operations and academic excellence of Industrial Automation and BMS programs across the assigned region.
The candidate will be responsible for technical team leadership, trainer development, curriculum planning, quality control, branch technical operations, industry collaboration, and student project support. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of Industrial Automation and BMS technologies along with proven leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Technical Leadership
- Lead and manage Industrial Automation & BMS technical operations across multiple branches within the region.
- Establish and maintain technical standards across all branches.
- Provide technical guidance to Territory Technical Heads, trainers, and branch technical teams.
- Monitor regional technical performance and implement improvement plans.
2. Industrial Automation Expertise
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- PLC – Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron
- SCADA
- HMI
- DCS
- VFD
- Industrial Instrumentation
- Sensors & Actuators
- Control Panels
- Industrial Networking
- Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP and other industrial protocols
- Industrial automation troubleshooting
3. BMS Expertise
- Lead BMS technical training and operations across the region.
- Strong understanding of:
- Building Management Systems
- HVAC Controls
- DDC Controllers
- BACnet
- Modbus
- KNX
- Sensors & Actuators
- Energy Management Systems
- BMS Integration
- Ensure practical and industry-oriented BMS training.
4. Trainer Management & Development
- Recruit and evaluate Industrial Automation & BMS trainers.
- Conduct technical interviews and trainer assessments.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
- Mentor and develop technical trainers.
- Identify trainer skill gaps and arrange technical development programs.
- Monitor trainer performance and classroom quality.
5. Curriculum Development
- Develop and standardize Industrial Automation and BMS curriculum across the region.
- Ensure course content is aligned with current industry requirements.
- Develop practical lab exercises, industrial projects, assessments, and learning materials.
- Regularly update curriculum based on new technologies and industry trends.
6. Technical Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular technical audits across branches.
- Monitor classroom delivery, lab facilities, and practical training quality.
- Review student feedback and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure consistent academic and technical standards across all locations.
7. Student & Placement Support
- Guide students on industrial projects and final-year projects.
- Conduct technical assessments and mock interviews.
- Support placement teams with technical evaluations.
- Develop industry-oriented projects to improve student employability.
- Support internships, industrial visits, workshops, and technical events.
8. Industry Collaboration
- Develop relationships with Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, BMS, HVAC, and related industries.
- Identify opportunities for internships, placements, industrial visits, and corporate training.
- Conduct technical seminars, workshops, and industry-oriented programs.
9. Branch & Management Coordination
- Coordinate with Branch Managers, Territory Technical Heads, Regional Managers, and senior management.
- Review branch-wise technical performance.
- Identify technical manpower, equipment, and infrastructure requirements.
- Prepare and submit regional technical performance reports to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Industrial Automation, BMS, technical training, or industry.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Strong practical and troubleshooting experience in automation systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
