As an Assembly Technician or Operator, prime responsibility to transform fabricated parts and hydraulic components into a fully functional machine.
Mechanical Fitment: Fitting and aligning heavy mechanical components (chassis, booms, buckets) according to engineering drawings.
Hydraulic Assembly: Installing hydraulic pumps, hoses, valves, and cylinders. This requires precision to ensure there are no leaks and that pressure levels are maintained.
Fastening & Torquing: Ensuring all bolts and joints are tightened to specific torque values using pneumatic or manual torque wrenches.
Sub-Assembly: Putting together smaller units (like the operator cabin or engine modules) before they are mounted onto the main chassis.
Testing & Inspection: Performing "first-run" checks to ensure moving parts operate smoothly and reporting any deviations to the supervisor.
2. Technical Requirements
Reading Blueprints: You must be able to interpret 2D engineering drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Tool Proficiency: Expertise in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (verniers, calipers, pressure gauges).
Material Handling: Ability to operate or coordinate with overhead crane operators to move heavy components safely.
Quality Standards: Familiarity with 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Food provided
- Leave encashment
- Provident Fund
