Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Exceutive to identify and pursue new IT service sales opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and driverevenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales and businessdevelopment, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new IT service sales opportunities, includinglead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potentialclients, including regular communication, needs assessment, and solution provision.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, includingmarket research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
Proposal and Pitch Development: Develop and deliver proposals and pitches to clients,including RFP responses, presentations, and demos.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, delivery,and technical, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and marketdevelopments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT sales and business development, preferably in the ITservices industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or arelated field.
Skills:-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Knowledge:-
Strong understanding of the IT services industry and market trends.
Familiarity with IT service sales methodologies and tools, such as CRM software.
Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
