Clarify customer queries and determine appropriate solutions.
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department when needed.
Complete transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
Minimum 1 yr of international voice inbound experience is required.
Salary - 2.5 to 4.6 LPA.
