Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the polymer additives market
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Collaborate with production and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documents
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the polymer/plastic industry
- Strong understanding of polymer additives and applications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
