1. Medical Care & Emergency Handling
- Provide first aid and primary treatment to employees.
- Handle medical emergencies and stabilize patients before referral.
- Coordinate with nearby hospitals for serious cases.
- Maintain medical records of all employees.
2. Occupational Health Management
- Conduct pre-employment and periodic medical examinations.
- Monitor occupational hazards and recommend preventive measures.
- Identify work-related illnesses and suggest corrective actions.
- Ensure fitness of employees for specific roles.
3. Compliance & Legal Requirements
- Ensure compliance with the Factories Act, 1948 and other health regulations.
- Maintain statutory medical records and reports.
- Liaise with government authorities during inspections.
4. Health Awareness & Training
- Conduct health awareness programs (hygiene, nutrition, disease prevention).
- Train employees in first aid and emergency response.
- Promote workplace wellness initiatives.
5. Workplace Safety Collaboration
- Work closely with the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team.
- Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.
- Advise on ergonomics and workplace safety improvements.
6. Infection Control & Hygiene
- Monitor sanitation and hygiene practices in the factory.
- Implement infection control measures.
- Manage vaccination drives if required.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
