We are seeking an experienced and Certified Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade integration scenarios and workflow automations. In this role, you will connect Adobe Workfront with third-party ecosystems such as CRMs, ERPs, Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, and custom APIs to streamline cross-departmental operations and accelerate content supply chains.
Responsibilities :
- Integration Architecture & Development: Design, build, test, and deploy complex Fusion scenarios connecting Workfront to internal and external enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, OpenText).
- API & Data Engineering: Build custom REST/SOAP API calls, manage authentication protocols (OAuth2, API Keys, JWT), and handle JSON/XML data transformations using advanced Fusion functions.
- Workflow Automation: Automate end-to-end business operations, including project auto-creation, status synchronization, request triage, and approval escalations.
- Error Handling & Resilience: Implement advanced error-handling strategies (Resume, Ignore, Commit, Rollback, Break directives), automatic retries, exponential backoff, and alerting systems to ensure high availability.
- Performance & Governance: Optimize scenario operation/unit usage, handle rate limits (HTTP 429), prevent memory caps, and establish reusable integration templates.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Actively monitor Fusion execution logs, debug failures, and resolve issues across integrated application touchpoints.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain clear data mapping specifications, technical design diagrams, and operational runbooks for all Fusion scenarios.
Required skills :
1) Certification (Mandatory): Active Adobe Certified Professional – Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer
2) Experience: 3+ years of dedicated hands-on experience building integration workflows using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
3) API Mastery: Deep proficiency with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, HTTP request/response lifecycles, and modern authentication mechanisms.
4) Data Manipulation: Expert knowledge of JSON/XML data parsing, array/collection mapping, regex, and built-in Fusion functions (string, math, array, and date tools).
5) Workfront Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of Workfront native capabilities including Custom Forms, Layout Templates, Approval Processes, Queue Topics, and API v15+ endpoints.
6) Problem Solving: Excellent debugging, analytical thinking, and log analysis skills.
