Currently we have an opening in CRM Department for Executive Role.
Location: HealthIndia Insurance TPA Services Pvt. Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle major corporate group accounts.
- Address and resolve customer and broker queries related to claims and policy matters.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for endorsements and ensure timely system updates.
- Guide customers on claim filing procedures and policy terms & conditions.
- Register and track claims in the system.
- Handle grievance resolution through close coordination with the operations team.
- Monitor claim files and provide regular updates to corporate clients until settlement.
- Follow up with backend teams and banks for cheque dispatch and NEFT details.
- Maintain daily activity records and operational worksheets.
- Prepare and share monthly MIS reports with corporate clients.
Good Communication skills (written & verbal) and attitude is mandatory.
