Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in managing daily operations, executive scheduling, communication, and confidential business matters. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or forwarding as appropriate
- Prepare presentations, reports, business documents, and official correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Track action items, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Organize business trips, accommodation, transportation, and travel itineraries.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and important documents.
- Assist in planning company events, board meetings, and executive visits.
- Support the MD in day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Required Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar executive support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
