We are looking for an experienced MEP Project In-Charge with 10–12 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, coordination, supervision, and timely completion of MEP works at the project site.
- Lead and manage complete MEP project execution at site.
- Plan and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and other MEP services.
- Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure execution as per approved drawings and project schedule.
- Supervise MEP subcontractors and manpower and ensure optimum resource utilization.
- Ensure MEP works comply with quality, safety, technical specifications, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, and architectural teams to avoid clashes and delays.
- Review and approve material requirements and coordinate procurement with the concerned teams.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage, and inventory at site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and highlight delays or risks to management.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure proper documentation, including RFI, MIR, inspection reports, testing & commissioning reports, as-built drawings, and handover documents.
- Review contractor bills, measurements, and work completion against actual site progress.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards, safety procedures, and project specifications.
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in MEP construction/project execution.
- Strong experience in handling large-scale construction, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems, construction practices, drawings, BOQ, and project coordination.
- Experience in managing subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage MEP activities and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management/reporting tools.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.
- Candidates with experience in industrial projects, infrastructure projects, EPC projects, commercial buildings, or large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
