- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases properly.
- Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and employee data updates.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Support payroll inputs and salary-related documentation.
- Explain company policies and ensure proper implementation within departments.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attendance, leave, and recruitment.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Maintain discipline and ensure company rules are followed properly.
- Support training, engagement activities, and performance-related processes.
- Manage ID cards, joining kits, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Assist in statutory compliance and HR administrative activities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
