Required Qualifications• Experience: 12+ years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.• Technical Expertise:• - Strong background in Java, JDK and its ecosystem
• - Hands-on expertise in both data center and AWS architectures, deployments, andautomation.• - Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL,DynamoDB).• - Proficiency in RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture (Kafka, SNS/SQS), and servicedesign.• - Strong grasp of security best practices, IAM roles, and compliance standards on AWS.• Leadership & Strategy: Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and aligningtechnology with business goals.• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and optimizeoutcomes.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in high-scale SaaS applications using Java and AWS.• Knowledge of AI/ML services on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock) and data engineeringpipelines.• Agile & DevOps: Experience implementing DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and Infrastructure asCode (Terraform, CloudFormation).• Background in fintech, e-commerce, or enterprise software is a plus.
