Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at our Waraseoni office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and revenue growth through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
- Experience: 0–3 years in Sales / Business Development (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
