Job Summary:
We are looking for a strong and efficient Admin & HR Manager who can strictly and properly manage administration, security, CCTV monitoring, HR functions, salary processing, and overall managerial work to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Organize and manage security systems and CCTV monitoring
· Handle HR-related activities including attendance, leave, and employee coordination
· Manage salary processing and payroll-related work
· Oversee administrative and managerial operations
· Ensure discipline, compliance, and smooth functioning of the organization
Required Qualifications & Skills:
§ Strong administrative and HR management skills
§ Ability to work strictly, systematically, and responsibly
§ Good organizational and leadership abilities
§ Experience in a factory/manufacturing setup is an advantage
