Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for cinema theatres, malls, and hospitality operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring timely hiring for various positions. The role also includes maintaining candidate databases, posting job openings on job portals and social media, and supporting overall HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates through portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with departments
- Maintain recruitment records and reports
- Prepare job postings and hiring advertisements
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
Experience Required:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
- Experience in theatre, mall, retail, hospitality, or service industry is an added advantage
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets
- Team handling and coordination skills
