Designation: Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
Office & Facility Administration
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, uniforms, and consumables.
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and facility maintenance activities.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment and plant facilities.
- Manage visitor records and reception activities.
- Raise purchase requisitions in ERP and track & maintain consumables.
- Maintain vendor records and service contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels of office and administrative supplies.
HR & Employee Support
- Assist in HR related administrative activities.
- Maintain overtime details, attendance records, and shift schedules.
- Co-ordinate internal communications between departments.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and manpower reports.
- Assist in onboarding, employee documentation, and training records.
- Coordinate employee welfare activities and events.
- Support payroll-related documentation and employee queries.
- Organize meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Coordinate conference room and facility bookings.
Compliance & Safety Coordination
- Maintain statutory records and compliance documentation.
- Support EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) initiatives and audits.
- Ensure administrative compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing reports for inspections and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in document control and compliance audits.
Key Skills Required
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Documentation and record-management expertise.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Experience Required: 0–1 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
