Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a fast-paced Business Development Specialist located in Indore. The person will be responsible for effectively managing all communication and BD activities to help with the growth of the startup. Qualifications "Go Getter" and "Getting it Done" attitute. Reaching out to potential buyers (corporate, retail) globally and within India Linkedin and other Social Platforms Familiarity Previous experience in corporate orders, retail, hospitality, skincare, healthcare preferred Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Strong negotiation and follow-up skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in using technology to manage business processes Tremendous sense of ownership and responsibility that could mean finishing tasks outside work hours if needed Ability to write crisp professional emails, and multi-tasking Generate leads and convert on your own Previous experience in exports and global sales also preferred
