Job Title: Instagram Growth Executive (AI Content)
Location: Shimla (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
Experience: 1–3 years
About the Role
We are building multiple AI-powered Instagram influencers (Indian, relatable, lifestyle-focused).
Your job is to create, grow, and manage these profiles using AI tools, content strategy, and Instagram growth techniques.
This is a high-impact role where you will directly work on building viral pages from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Content Creation
- Generate realistic AI influencer images using tools like Leonardo, Midjourney, etc.
- Maintain face consistency and natural look across all posts
- Create short-form videos/reels using tools like Runway, CapCut, HeyGen, etc.
- Ensure content looks 100% human and relatable
2. Instagram Growth Management
- Manage 2–5 Instagram pages daily
- Post Reels + Photos consistently
- Write engaging captions (Hindi + Hinglish preferred)
- Use trending hooks, audio, and formats
3. Content Strategy & Virality
- Identify trending reel formats
- Create content around:
- relatable emotions
- daily lifestyle
- curiosity hooks
- Optimize for:
- watch time
- comments
- shares
4. Engagement & Community Building
- Reply to comments & DMs
- Drive conversations (polls, questions, etc.)
- Increase follower growth organically
Required Skills
- Basic experience in Instagram/Reels content creation
- Familiarity with AI tools (Leonardo, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, CapCut, etc.)
- Good understanding of viral content (especially Indian audience)
- Strong attention to detail (faces, realism, aesthetics)
- Basic copywriting skills (Hindi + English/Hinglish)
Good to Have
- Experience running meme pages / theme pages
- Knowledge of Instagram algorithm
- Interest in AI, content creation, or social media growth
