Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive – Software Services
Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with experience in software services sales and lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing outreach campaigns, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.
Experience Required
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development / IT Sales
- Must have worked in a Software Services or IT Consulting company
Key Responsibilities
- Generate 5–10 qualified B2B leads per month
- Execute email outreach and automation campaigns
- Manage LinkedIn outreach and lead nurturing
- Identify potential clients in USA / Europe / global markets
- Coordinate with prospects and schedule discovery meetings for senior leadership
- Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking sheets
- Support proposal discussions and follow-ups
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with email automation tools such as:
- Instantly
- Waalaxy
- Apollo / Lemlist (optional)
- Strong experience in LinkedIn automation and Sales Navigator
- Understanding of software development services (AI, SaaS, Web, Mobile, Cloud)
- Good communication and client coordination skills
- Basic understanding of B2B sales pipeline
Performance Expectations
- Minimum 5–10 qualified leads per month
- Consistent meeting booking and pipeline building
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Good to Have
- Experience selling AI / SaaS / product development services
- Experience with US market outreach
- Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot / Zoho
